Terms and conditions:
- We offer an exchange if the product received is damaged, torn, or wrong product. The product/purchase should be unworn, unused, undamaged, and retain the original tags.
- Purchases made under sales, discount offers, or brought with a coupon and voucher are non- exchangeable.
- Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or smaller size. Return or Refund is not available
- Exchange requests will only be acknowledged within 48 hours of the delivery.
- The exchange will be delivered within 10 days of the request made.
- There is no exchange policy available for international orders

- Delivery Address
- Contact Number and Mail id
- Size requested
How to Request?
If you wish to request for the exchange write us to Contact@RESHAINDIA.com with order id and the size requested. Once your request qualifies you to have to self-ship the received products to us. If the products qualify the above-mentioned conditions and the size requested is available, we shall dispatch your exchange order.

- Please make sure to collect acknowledgment receipt with the details of the product being dispatched along with contact information of the delivery person as the sole responsibility of the product lies with the customer until delivered to us.
- You can contact our customer care for any kind of assistance in this process.
Whether your product is eligible or not:
Cancellation of order:If you wish to cancel your order contact us on Contact@RESHAINDIA.com or Info@reshaindia.com or Sales@reshaindia.com within 48 hours of the order with the following information Order ID and Reason for cancellation. Both Pre-paid and Cash on Delivery products are eligible for cancellation. If you have already paid for the order the money shall be refunde
- All of our products are handmade and hence no exchange or return is entertained if the customer doesn't like the color, material, print, or design. Customers are requested to go through the product details and specification in detail before ordering.
- If the products delivered is wrong or doesn't fit customer the product is eligible for exchange within the next 48 hours from delivery.
- No exchange is available for the purchases made during the sale, discount offers, or via gift vouchers and coupons.
- The exchange will only be acknowledged if the products are unworn, unused, undamaged, and retain the original tags.
- There are bound to be small variations in products (color, print, overlook and finish) as all of our clothes are handmade so customers are requested to acknowledge them.
- Please note that there can be a small variation in the color of the product depending upon screen resolutions, camera lights, and the natural conditions as we use natural fibers in making apparel. Hence no exchange shall be acknowledged for the same.
- Please note if the customer applies for cancellation for more than 3 times on COD the customer shall not be eligible for making any further purchase on the website.
